Our client is L’Oréal Adria, a leading cosmetics company renowned for its innovation and iconic beauty brands. With a strong presence in the regional market, L’Oréal Adria is committed to excellence and sustainable growth.
They are currently looking for a D2C Activation Lead to join their Luxury Division in Zagreb. This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end online customer journey, driving sales performance across D2C channels, and executing digital campaigns in line with brand and business goals.
- Driving online sales performance through data-led strategy execution and continuous optimization of key e-commerce KPIs.
- Developing and implementing D2C marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and impact.
- Enhancing the digital customer journey through personalization, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization.
- Monitoring performance dashboards and proactively proposing actions to meet or exceed revenue and sell-out targets.
- Analyzing website and campaign data to extract insights, identify trends, and support business growth strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies on campaign planning, localization, and performance delivery.
- Managing transactional media budgets with focus on efficiency and ROI improvement.
- Supporting product launches, promotions, and merchandising animations across D2C platforms.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects, sharing best practices, and staying current with digital and industry trends.

- Minimum 2 years in similar roles within digital marketing, e-commerce, or D2C environments.
- Solid understanding of online customer journey, performance metrics, and campaign execution.
- Familiar with content strategy, localization, and basic copywriting principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret digital data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using digital tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Shopper-centric approach with awareness of user experience in digital environments.
- Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury market trends.
